Q: My progress is gone. Can I get it back?

Capy Dive saves progress only on your device. If the app was deleted or the device was reset without a backup, progress cannot be restored. Restoring an iCloud or device backup that includes Capy Dive brings it back.

How do I play?

Tap to make Dada dive. Stop tapping and Dada floats back up. Slip through the gaps, collect yuzu, and pass right through the center of a gap for a Perfect. Five Perfects in a row start Zen Mode with a shield. You can replay the tutorial anytime in Settings → Replay tutorial.

My progress is gone. Can I get it back?

Capy Dive saves your scores, yuzu, skins and settings only on your device. There is no account or cloud save, so we cannot restore progress from our side. If the app was deleted or the phone was reset, restoring an iCloud or computer backup that includes Capy Dive will bring it back.

There is no sound or music.

Check that the Ring/Silent switch is off and the volume is up. Then open Settings in Capy Dive and make sure Music and Sound effects are ON.

I don't feel any vibration.

Turn on Haptics in Capy Dive Settings, and check that System Haptics is enabled in iOS Settings → Sounds & Haptics.

The game is laggy or my phone gets warm.

Turn off High quality in Capy Dive Settings, close other apps, and turn off Low Power Mode. Restarting your iPhone also helps.

How do I change the language?

Open Settings in Capy Dive and tap the Language button to switch between English and Vietnamese.

How do I unlock new worlds and skins?

Earn stars by reaching score goals to unlock new onsen worlds. Collect yuzu in runs, missions and the daily gift, then spend it in the Shop on skins, accessories and themes.

Are there ads or in-app purchases?

The current version of Capy Dive has no ads and no in-app purchases. If that ever changes, this page and the App Store listing will be updated.

How do I delete my data?

All game data lives on your device. Deleting Capy Dive from your iPhone removes it completely. If you emailed us and want that conversation deleted, just ask. See the Privacy Policy for more.
