The short version: Capy Dive has no account, no ads, no in-app purchases and no tracking. Your scores, yuzu, skins and settings are saved on your device and are not sent to us.
This policy explains how the Capy Dive iOS game (“Capy Dive”, “the app”, “we”) and this website handle information. If you have questions, email dangse1604@gmail.com.
1. Information stored on your device
To save your game, Capy Dive stores the following only on your device:
- Scores, best score, stars and unlocked worlds
- Yuzu balance, unlocked skins, accessories and themes
- Mission progress and daily gift status
- Settings: music, sound effects, haptics, graphics quality, language and tutorial status
This data is not uploaded to our servers. It can be included in your own iCloud or device backups according to your iOS settings. Deleting the app deletes this data.
2. Information we do not collect
Capy Dive does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, advertising identifier (IDFA) or browsing history. The app does not require sign-in, does not show ads, does not include in-app purchases, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
3. Game engine and third parties
Capy Dive is built with the Unity engine. The app does not include Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, crash reporting or any other third-party SDK, and it does not send data to Unity or to any other third party. Nothing about your play is transmitted off your device.
4. Apple
Apple provides the App Store and may collect information about downloads and, if you choose to share it, crash and usage reports. That information is handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. Developers only see aggregated, anonymous reports.
5. When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message (for example screenshots or device details). We use this only to answer you and fix problems, we do not sell or share it, and we delete it on request.
6. This website
capydive.dnkistudio.com does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The browser demo stores your best demo score in your browser's local storage on your own device. Our web server does not keep access logs; like any server it may briefly keep technical error logs for security and reliability.
7. Children
Capy Dive is suitable for players of all ages. Because the app does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
8. Your choices and rights
You control your game data: you can reset it by deleting the app. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have rights to access or delete personal information we hold. The only personal information we may hold is support email you sent us; contact us to access or delete it.
9. Changes
If Capy Dive adds features that change how data is handled (for example ads, purchases or online features), we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before releasing them, and change the effective date above.
